"It's only a story" Simon Crum told himself, he looks at the latest horror story Magazine he got that day. "Why did I even subscribe to this stuff when I can't even stomach Halloween, oh well" he sits down and begins to thumb through the pages of his book unaware of the prescence lurking in his doorway... Just then with a loud omph his girlfriend jumps on him, "Come on Sy we need to figure out where we should go for Senior Trip", with an amused smirk on his face Simon peers back from his book and looks at her, "not completely sure Liz, wasn't there some place that you thought of way back when or something?" Elizabeth scratches her chin and thinks for a moment, "oh yea Stalkers Forest" Simon looked at her puzzeled "Stalker's Forest, why is it named Stalker's Forest?" Elizabeth looks at him surprised "You mean you never heard of Stalker's Forest?" He shakes his nead no, "well Stalker's Forest is this old massive Forest up north, it was the site of an old amusement park that most of the rides are gone except the fun house where Rumor has it someone lives in." Simon has a look of Grimace on his face as she continues with the story. "You see about 15 years ago they opened the forest up as a State park and well people have been known to disappear, They might find a wallet, clothes or supplies, but the person just up and vanished." "Liz if your just trying to scare me, HA HA HA your doing a good job." Liz looks at him eye to eye, and says it's absolutely true. With that she kisses him and gets up to leave the room. "Damnit Simon get a hold of yourself she was probably just goofing around with you, but come on if she is for real You need to get brave or just act Brave for her. The weeks just seemed to fly on through until The weekend Liz and Simon Traveled up North to Stalker's Forest. "So this is the place eh Liz?" She knods "kinda Serene, but kinda scary in a way since you don't get much light in the canopy of trees" Liz gets her gear out of the car and motions to him, "I think this is as close to the old the majestic beauty and mystery of this place as this." Simon looks around as the sun starts to wain, "You know we really better set up camp, I mean the sun is starting to set, and well you know we could get cozy and cuddle tonight." Liz smiles as they begin to unpack their tent and all their items, "Sy I am truly happy you decided to agree to come here, and I wasn't lying about what I said about this place either." Simon looks at her, and smiles oh well lets finish pitching the tent. Night fall quickly decended on the duo as they went to bed. Little knowledge of the thing ruffling in the bushes, as they tossed and turned in thier Sleeping bag the thing made it's way towards their tent. Simon's eyes opened and he saw a bloody hand reaching into the tent. He shook Liz who woke up and Screamed, Simon took a knife he had under his pillow and flipped it and stabbed the hand which realled back with a hiss. Then A bloody head with only one eye appeared in the tent as it moaned the hands came closer to Simon and Liz, whom was nestled behind Simon. "What do you want with us" Simon hollered to the thing as it reached. It gurgled and amoungst the blood seeping from its mouth it gurgled "I am warning you Stay out of Stalker's Forest, there are things here that aren't to be played with" Simon woke up, it was a fairly sunny day from the tent, as he turned over to kiss Liz good morning, she was gone in her place was a blood stain on her pillow. "Liz, this isn't funny where are you?" Simon got dressed and proccedded outside where he saw a trail like someone being dragged, and foot prints. "The dream, That thing must have been the stalker." With that Simon put the knife in his Jeans pocket, went to his car which was trashed, and dug out a tire iron, and an axe. If that sonnabitch wants to kidnap my girlfriend Then I'll kill that bastard. Now lets see here, he pulls out a map from his backpack, The old amusement park is just to the south about a quarter mile from here. I gotta hurry Liz may still be alive, He took off running like a madman through the woods barely taking time to notice he was being followed. Upon reaching the old amusement park he noticed the old Funhouse a delipidated structure, Thats Where Liz is...Simon gets tripped by something, as he gets up a massive arm grabs his shoulder and he turns to see the Face from his dream, " I thought I told you to leave Stalker's Woods." Simon looks at the deformed monstrocity and screams "leave kid, this is your final warning, take it from me kid you have no idea what kind of things that thing is capable of." SImon chokes out a who are you or what are you? "Kid I was once human like you, but the Creature known as the stalker caught me, and now Im not quite dead nor alive, and as long as that wretched thing in there is alive We can't die nor return to our lives." With that The thing let Simon down, "now please one last time kid get out of here, your girlfriend isn't going to know who you are, and shes a puppet of his like all of us at night." Simon looks at the beast, and shakes his head, I promise you sir I will kill the stalker, and rescue my Liz, and the rest of you. "Kid you got alot of guts, but I do have one tip, the master is powerful, but he is still human, only his magic keeps him alive, thats why he needs victims to keep a steady flow of energy to fuel his powers, you lure him away from the source, hes dead." With that the Sir writes some directions on the map to the chamber of the Stalker. Simon entered the funhouse and ran through the maze, at the final door he found Liz on the ground, her body was pale but still warm."Don't worry I will kill this bastard soon My love." Liz's eyes open and she lets out a screech "Master theres an intruder on the premisis." Liz you sold me out, oh well Simons eyes where suddenly fixated to the door opening and a deformed man with a monsterous arm walked in. "So you must be the other kid from the camp site eh? You don't look like much, then again your girlfriend didn't either but her life force would sustain me for years." Simon looks at the being who is almost 8 feet tall with a dark cape and long scraggly hair, "You know for someone whose supposed to be an evil being, your about as scary as a cearl box." The Stalker smiled and raised his hand " Arrogant fool, you will serve me well, and that bitch you call a Mate will be dust here in a few hours. When I drug her in last night she was kicking and screaming as I tied her down to the table, she bit me and I slapped her so hard I almost broke her jawbone, she kept screaming Simon will save me, ah the poor stupid, blind, thing. Such a pity that her savior is such a lackluster Person such as yourself." Simon reached for his axe, and charged at Stalker who raised Liz up to gaurd himself with her. Simon stopped upon seeing this dropped his Axe. "So you say you need Life force to survive, tell ya what, if you give Liz her's back and set her free, You can have mine." Stroking his chin the Stalker said deal, and snapped his fingers, just like that Liz looked at Simon, and ran and began cuddling him. Now your end of the Bargain Sir, the Stalker turned around and Simon got up and began to follow hiding the Knife under his shirtsleeve. Alright kid get on your knees and kneel, Simon knelt and pulled the knife from his shirt sleeve and stabbed it through the Stalkers foot. " You son of a bitch" the Stalker screamed as blood began gushing from the knife wound. Simon got up and with a mighty groan planted the Tire iron into the Stalkers Face. Simon got up and began to run as The Stalker summoned minions to try and get him, Liz got up and ran behind him. As the two got through the fun house they got to the exit where the Sir was waiting, Liz screamed and Simon looked at him as the Sir pushed them out the door. " You gotta burn this place down it's the only way to get rid of this thing. here take this tell Laura Landis I love her" Simon takes the locket and the piece of paper that has his Address on it. He then reaches for a flare in his backpack to set the place ablaze. Liz helps him quickly as the rotting remains of Humans soon start to surround them. Simon Lights the flare and flings it into the old wooden floors which promtply catch fire. Sir pushes them outside just as the whole building catches flame. "Liz lets get out of here what do you say?" Liz looks over at him and knods in agreement, before they could they hear a horrible moan as the building collapses and they see the Stalker falling apart admist the flames, and a fog raises from his remains and disappears. Simon wakes up in a cold sweat "man what a dream that was, he looks over and sees Liz asleep next to him, man it seemed so real it was like I was really there. Then he notices the Locket and the paper Sir gave him.
